i faced the same problem and did the same thing that you have suggested here to do. It shows the same error code. Used partition Wizard to rebuild the MBR 5. It ran alright but the onboard sound is crap so I installed my old SB Audigy and the sound was much better but soon developed problems even though all drivers were Check This Out
