In XP i basically have everything in My Docs and organized in a high level, for instance Work, Me, Wife, House. BUT WHEN I SCAN AND SAVE 40 DOCUMENTS TO ONE FOLDER I HAVE TO RE ENTER THE FOLDER LOCATION AFTER EVERY SAVE! Check This Out
may i know how to do it in excel? Frustrated Changing the default Save location does not change the default Open location. Publisher 2010 does not seem to have options for either. I need to be able to install Win OS x86 or x64 log in as admin then run .reg file then ANY other user that logs in gets the default save If the current "location to be used" for SAVE is NOT the same as "SAVE AS" how can i make it be so? Again, shame, just like your Office 2007 is a virtual load, no /exe’s. While working in Microsoft Office, when you try to open or save a document, it opens the default documents folder to open or save the file.
