The memory usage was likely an issue with Chrome, possibly the podcast trying to buffer data and it getting stuck in the system RAM while in a page file queue...not sure, This also helps provide better responsiveness across Windows 10. No thats a lie too, I struggle to do basic chrome browsing but when I popped in 4GB more, I now have LOTS of FREE RAM and everything runs sweet.
