Why don't you submit that file to VirusTotal and see what they say? As far as I can see these files are not on my C or D drive in the PC. It could be if it is in an unusual location, but mrtstub.exe is a component of the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool. Mrtstub.exe is found in a subdirectory of C:\.
