HP sent me a warning that a "system recovery has never been done" and it can only be done once. System images aren't the ideal way to create normal backups of your computer and its files. The program creates an image file that is saved to an external hard drive. I wanted to restore my system using a weekly image that I produce with Windows Backup. Contrary to what Chris stated (and, normally, the man is spot on with his advice), imaging definitely should be part of one's regular backup strategy!
