I'm sure memtest will show any errors, if there's any to show. I'll definitely try contacting Xbox Support now that I've isolated the issue to this specific USB device, but if anyone has experienced this same problem (and resolved it), I'd love to re-installing OS and keeping basic files, while removing all apps/programs); removing all malware/adware with programs (namely Malwarebytes and Adware Cleaner); reinstall all graphics card drivers; installing all Windows Updates; running CHKDSK http://scientificpages.net/random-bsod/bsod-random.html I have heard that some people don't find it to be entirely reliable, so perhaps passing its checks/tests was false security for me.

Personally, if it was only 1-2 sticks I'd put them in on their own and see if I get a crash more often. The failure to capture memory dumps may or may not be related to this. I have finally admitted defeat and have come here to ask for help because I am tired of it. Looking forward to hearing any thoughts, suggestions, or advice.
