I have already REINSTALLED Windows 7 (not just a restore.) The problem returned after 2 days of use. To me, it happens with the keys 6, 7, y, u, h, j, n, m. But if you want Windows 7's Control Panel to be more detailed, and look more like XP's did, change the "View by" to "small icons".

It happens randomly, intermittently. I am a fast and accurate typist and have never encountered this type of problem on any other keyboard.
I'm having this problem on two devices, both of which I recently installed AdBlock Plus on. That said, I will suggest to you that you have a few (more) options. I'm able to resume typing once I alt+tab away and alt+tab back.
