I reconnected the two external USB Hubs and all the other USB devices and returned to Device Manager. Go to the device manufacturer's website and see if there is a Windows driver available. the problem has back again after i restart the pc. Mouse, keyboard and usb wifi adapter are not working.
One USB port only works for one device and that's my throttle. October 31, 2016 Jamie If Win10 seems to make up its mind at the first connection about where your USB belongs. It could be that windows 10 does not support your current usb ports.
Look for a disk that matches the size of your flash drive. Crossed my fingers, and bam.
