My computer hasn't locked up since. The posting of advertisements, profanity, or personal attacks is prohibited. I experienced the same thing with my computer freezing after it sits idle after about five minutes. They throw 2 events at the same time every time I start my computer. check my blog I will check out the power saving things when I get back, hopefully thats a fix. Drivers are all up to date, and nothing in Device Manager is showing a yellow exclamation point. "Allow network adapter to turn off computer" is also disabled. Anything set to shut off to save power such as Monitor,NIC, USB ports, or a screen saver etc.. Actually...
