I think there's an HP Vision Diagnostics Tool on the computer that I can burn to a disc to check the GPU, though. then the problem started.. because its windows 7 i just usually reinstall windows to factory settings but at this time i dont have a back up CD either or a data CD i just back blue screen with a message: widows error recovery...it then reboots and after several minutes, blue screen again.
