Finally, caveat emptor: Microsoft's sysprep article explicitly states that sysprep should not be used to reconfigure an existing Windows installation. Check that there's enough free space left on the drive Windows is installed on. Just restore the system to its last good state. If Windows does not have enough space on the disk it is installed on, it can cause system failures.
