I never saw one.I eventually decided to repeat what Brian had discovered and done, running the prevx.com fix (http://www.prevx.com/blog/140/Black-Screen-woes-could-affect-millions-on-Windows--Vista-and-XP.html). Everything seems to be normal util I loged in to my user. If for some reason you also can't access the Windows Safe Mode, you can perform the System Restore via the System Recovery Options. I have to go on my iPhone for this :'( Windows loads up exactly perfectly to how i had it. check over here
